Terms

General notes on using this website. Trip-specific terms are agreed with the operator for each booking. To be reviewed by the business owner.

Enquiry vs booking

Sending trip details through the form, WhatsApp or a call is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed only once you and the operator agree the car, total fare, pickup time and place.

Fares

Per-km rates, fare tables and the fare calculator on this website give estimates only, based on typical road distances. They are not a quote or a booking. Confirm the total fare and what it includes — tolls, parking, state permit/tax, driver allowance, waiting, night travel — plus any payment and cancellation terms before you accept.

Distances and timings

Distances and drive times on route pages are typical ranges for planning only. Actual times depend on traffic, weather and road conditions.

Vehicles

Vehicle models are subject to availability on your date. The operator confirms the car with your booking.
